Q: How often should my pup visit the spa?
Most dogs feel their best with a visit every 4–6 weeks. Regular grooming keeps their coat soft, tangle-free, and smelling amazing — especially for doodles and long-haired breeds!
Q: What’s included in a Full Groom?
Our Full Groom is the complete spa experience: a soothing bath with premium shampoo and conditioner, blow-dry, brush-out, nail trim, ear cleaning, and a full haircut styled to perfection.
Q: What’s a Mini Groom?
A Mini Groom is a tidy-up between full grooms. It includes a bath, blow-dry, brush-out, nail trim, ear cleaning, and light trimming around the face, feet, and sanitary areas — perfect for keeping your pup picture-ready!
Q: Do I need an appointment?
Yes please! We work by appointment so every dog gets the one-on-one attention they deserve.
Q: How long does grooming take?
Typically 2–4 hours depending on size, coat type, and personality. We’ll text or call when your pup is fluffed, fabulous, and ready to go home.
Q: What vaccines do you require?
For everyone’s safety, all dogs must be up to date on Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella (kennel cough).
Q: My dog gets nervous — can you handle that?
Absolutely! We specialize in gentle handling and positive experiences. Our team takes extra time to make every pup feel safe, calm, and loved.
